Happy Father's Day

Happy Father's Day to all you awesome Dads out there. I hope each and every one of you have had a great day.

This day has been so nice. I got up early and made Alex some really tasty breakfast. Homemade biscuits and gravy. My personal favorite, but I know he enjoys it too :)
I cleaned the house, did laundry, and made my Mom's banana nut bread recipe. YYYUUUMMMM. Alex has never had made from scratch banana nut bread. He was impressed, I think!

Aside from eating pretty much all day, we've been rather lazy. It felt good just to be together, hanging out. I feel bad that Alex doesn't get to spend this day with Cyrus, like I think he should, but I know in my heart he'll get his chance to spend Father's Day with him sometime soon. I love them both with all my heart, even though I haven't gotten the chance to meet Cyrus.

Sorry for this being short and sweet but I have a lot of laundry to put away and I'm so sleepy for some reason.
