It's still early in the day, but I will tell you what I have eaten...And what I plan to eat :)
This morning I ate Frosted Flakes for breakfast. I've usually been buying and eating the MultiGrain Cheerios (which are tasty), but I wanted a little break. Frosted Flakes take me back to my child hood. That and Rice Krispies with TONS of sugar on top (We don't do that anymore, though!).
I'm about to eat a Fiber One bar. I think it's Chocolate and Oats. It keeps me full, especially on days like this when I don't take a lunch at work, and won't be home until later (Gotta love Hawaii traffic, huh?).
For dinner tonight I convinced Alex to make Chicken Adobo. He hasn't made it in far too long, and since he laid out the chicken already for "something else" (that I would most likely end up cooking), why not? Yum Chicken Adobo. If you have not eaten this, please do. I can forward recipes to those who request it or you can always find many online. Tasty!
I might eat a salad tonight for dinner too. That sounds delicious. I'm always up for salad. Have I told anyone lately how much I miss Sweet Tomatoes in Utah? No? Ok...I miss it.
