Day 8-A Moment (or three)

I don't know if I can pick just one moment. That's too hard for me because my world is filled with so many great moments that I can't decide on one. I might list more :)

The first that comes to mind...
Going out to my tiny hometown (where I was raised and even graduated from). I went to hang out with Mallory while she was living with her Mom. We decided to hit up the Club for Pizza Night (a Thursday night tradition!). When I walked in I saw Jordan and Garrett (2 friends from high school who were a wee bit younger than me, but still friends none the less). I was so shocked to see them all "grown up" and they were so shocked to see me all tattooed and rocker-ish. Ha ha. I remember getting THE BEST hug for Jord (and from Garrett too). I believe Dakota might have even been there that night. I got a pizza and the boys came over and talked to me while I was eating, even though they should have been working. I just remember all the laughs and jokes we shared. It was seriously one of the funnest nights I have had to this day. The moment means a lot to me because it's with Jordan. I miss you friend...More than you will ever know.

The second....
Ash and I are in our apartment after a night of partying at Pawl's house. I believe we celebrated the Chinese New Year. Yes, we rock. We came home, just us girls. We had ribbons and we danced around our living room like a bunch of crazies. We decided to call our buddy Wayne who lived on the other side of town and asked him to come hang out with us at 3 in the morning. We then proceeded to pass out on the couches and never even answered the door when Wayne showed up. I love that Ash and I had goofy memories in our apartment. It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to share a place with your best friend and just be chicks. I love you Ash.

The third....
Alex and I have a tendency to drive around and talk music. This has happened on more than one occasion and I love those nights. We talk "politics" of music and discuss our likes and hates. Even if we have a differing opinion, it's still always fun. He lights a cigarette, I put my feet up on the dash, and we're set. We've even been known to hang out in the car after we've stopped our cruises, just to continue a conversation. It hasn't happened in a while, but I love those moments. It's one of those times where you catch yourself completely feeling uninhibited.

Those are my three moments at this set time. I usually have a brain full, but I've been focusing mostly on what's happening back home. I love "moments". Old and new.
